The Parmer County Appraisal District will delay mailing property tax bills until the official results of the November 4, 2025 election is certified. Normally, bills are mailed on October 1.
On the ballot, Parmer County Hospital is seeking a voter-approved tax rate increase. Once the election results are finalized, property tax bills will be calculated and mailed.
Please expect to receive your bill by mid-November 2025.

Parmer County Appraisal District is responsible for appraising all real and business personal property within Parmer County. The district appraises property according to the Texas Property Tax Code and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP).
