The Parmer County Appraisal District will delay mailing property tax bills until the official results of the November 4, 2025 election is certified. Normally, bills are mailed on October 1.
On the ballot, Parmer County Hospital is seeking a voter-approved tax rate increase. Once the election results are finalized, property tax bills will be calculated and mailed.
Please expect to receive your bill by mid-November 2025.

Parmer County Appraisal District is responsible for appraising all real and business personal property within Parmer County. The district appraises property according to the Texas Property Tax Code and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP).
We observe each of the following holidays: New Year’s Day, MLK Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day (Thurs. & Fri.), Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Parmer County Appraisal District is responsible for the fair market appraisal of properties within each of the following taxing entities:
